Message	them take a look at it, diagnose the problem and find the cause. This diagnosis from a REAL professional and known Z expert along with a lawyer and all your new TT.net friends might scare both shops into buying you all the new parts you need. At the least you'll have your car worked on by someone who knows what he's doing with these cars.
